Name:  Huckleberry 

Photographer Notes:  A gentle giant, Huckleberry was a sweet one for sure.  In person, the size and presence of a buffalo is amazing.  It’s humbling actually.  Huckleberry is a white buffalo, not an albino buffalo.  They are extremely rare, approximately one out of every ten million.  Seriously!  Because of their rarity, White Buffaloes have been considered spiritually significant in several Native American traditions and to this day are considered a sign of peace and harmony.
