Photographer notes: Out of all the animals I’ve photographed, foxes and domestic cats are the most challenging. The fox is such a fast and skittish critter that’s it’s challenging to capture even a single decent frame on set. We were able to capture this image with the help of some craft services (i.e. fox snacks of almonds & fruit) and a lot of patience. Some would say Vicki was a diva but I think she showed us her soul a couple times. And that’s all I needed.
