Darwin

$0.00

Australian Shepherd Husky Poodle Mix

Darwin was, quite fittingly, a bit of an experiment (albeit, an unintentional one). Half Husky, half Doodle, his blend of breed was beautiful and almost blue under the bright lights. The ashy outlines of his coat softly faded to grey and even still to white-- no one of part of him claimed its own color. Even his eyes shone icey and earthen. His demeanor, too, was one of many layers. After hearing that his owner was a psychotherapist and that Darwin spends his days at the feet of her patients, it didn’t surprise me that his long, knowing and unending gaze made me want to tell him everything. But, between you and me, I think he already knew it all. The best therapists always do.
